Detect if an object is in the left side or right side

Hey Guys,

I want to know if is possible to detect the location of a tumor in brain.If
is on right side or left(in my case if is in frontal,occipital, parietal or
temporal lobe). I split the image on 4 pieces but i blocked from here.
If somebody knows how to to it or the code will be helpfull.
