Isolating drifting cells

Hello there,
Am using CASA in ImageJ to analyse sperm motility of Arctic charr.
How do I isolate drifting spermatozoa from active ones? Do the straight lines in the result out represent drifting or what?
(My videos are set between 15th and 16th seconds from activation).
