Dear Nathalie,
By copying the PeakFinderTool.txt file (
https://sils.fnwi.uva.nl/bcb/objectj/examples/PeakFinder/PeakFinderTool.txt) in the ImageJ\macros\toolsets\ folder, you will find PeakFinderTool as a new choice within the ImageJ toolsets (i.e. by clicking on >> on the right of the button menu).
