Hi Nathalie,

The PeakFinderTool is a macro rather than a plugin. In order to install a macro, go to 'Plugins->Macros->Install' and locate the PeakFinderTool file that you downloaded. When you click 'Open', the macro will be installed and a button will be added to the right of the ImageJ menu bar. You will also find some extra items added to the 'Plugins->Macros' menu relating to the PeakFinderTool.

Alternatively, you can drop the PeakFinderTool file into the 'macros/toolsets' folder within your ImageJ directory. You can then start the macro by clicking on the button with the two arrows pointing to the right (>>; on right side of ImageJ menu bar) and select the PeakFinderTool from the drop-down list.

Although, I have a message that the plugin has been successfully installed and after restarting the software, I can't find the tool anywhere in the options listed in the different the tabs (Analyze or Plugins)

Could you give me some advice on how to run this plugin ? (it seems that I miss something in the installation steps)
