CELL COUNTER PLUGIN AND rgb values

We are counting Fos cells and differentiating them from NeuN using DAB stained tissue (black & brown respectively). The images are RGB.
I would like to be able to pull out the RGB values for each of the marked cells. I know that the intensity is available in the program and I can see the RGB values flash on the screen when I move the cursor to different points but don't know how to easily get a list of these values. (There are lots of cells!)
