Good day María Victoria,
I guess you need the mean intensity in the circular selections for all
slices.
If so,
1.
make the desired selection on the first slice of your stack
2.
add the selection to the ROI Manager
(Analyze >> Tools >> ROI Manager >> Add)
3.
makes sure that in "Set Measurements" the "Mean gray value" is checked
4.
in the ROI Manager dialog go to "More >> Multi Measure"
5.
in the opening dialog check all options and click "OK"
6.
a Results table opens showing the desired mean values
