Hi María Victoria,
if you have an image stack, you can simply use Image>Stacks>Plot z-Axis
Profile. No macro required.
Alternatively, use Image>Stacks>Measure Stack; it will give you the
values for whatever properties you have selected in Analyze>Set
Measurements. You will probably want "Mean".
Of course, you can record these commands (Plugins>Macros>Record) and use
them in a macro.
