Redirecting measurements to specific channel

Hi,
A quick questions regarding the use of the redirection option of 'Set Measurements' within a macro. If the image targeted by the redirection has multiple channels, measurements are carried out on the active channel. However, I was wondering whether there is an option to also define the active channel in the redirection option? Is there something that I am missing or does this option not exist? While there are various ways to work around this, I think that there are situations where it would be useful to be able to define the active channel in the redirection option.
