Hi Yongqiang,
The Process>Find Maxima command also has an option for "Segmented particles", which is a very basic watershed.
So, if the seeds you need for the watershed can be obtained with "Find Maxima", you can try this function. You will need to adjust the "prominence" (named "tolerance in older ImageJ versions) to suppress small maxima.
