problems Drag and Drop

Dear Wayne,

I have noticed a problem on my configuration while opening of images by
dragging and dropping on the IJ window

  java.version: 1.8.0_112
  java.vendor: Oracle Corporation
  os.name: Windows 10
  os.version: 10.0
  os.arch: amd64
  file.separator: \
  path.separator: ;
  line.separator: <cr><lf>
ImageJ version  1.52s

The problem does not appear on the previous version 1.51p
