problem creating personal update site

I'm trying to create a personal update site, following the directions at:

        https://imagej.net/How_to_set_up_and_populate_an_update_site <https://imagej.net/How_to_set_up_and_populate_an_update_site>

When I get to the "Personal update site setup" dialog, it allows me to enter an ImageJ Wiki account (but nothing else).

When I click OK - it says "please provide Real Name and Email.

When I do that - it says "There was a problem creating the user account!"

What do I do next?
