There have been some interesting advances recently in animal tracking, see for example the DeepLabCut Model Zoo:

There is a horse model coming soon apparently.

Hopefully a bit less suffering than clicking landmarks in high-speed videos.

I am hoping for some guidance. I used ImageJ in 2005 to analyze equine videos for several stride parameters and also limb length in 4 second videos. Original video is mp4 but can convert to mov file.

I am working on an OSX system (version 10.7.5) - - if I am correct I need to use 32-bit Java - - can not locate this version to download.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
