Fiji Support 3D volume processing- remove unwanted sections from image plane

Hi,I am working with a CT stack of 2000 images. I only want to work with circular section in the middle, along Z axis. As sample was slightly tilted during the scan, there is a drift along Z axis. So I cannot cut the unwanted. When I do on the first slice, some sections in the slice 2000 are chopped out. How shall I chop out the unwanted sections from images? Thanks.Kind regards,
