updating dependencies on update site?

I'm still learning how to use my ImageJ Update Site.  Currently, I'm having intermittent issues with "dependencies".  

At one point, I was told about a circular dependency from a.jar -> a.jar -> a.jar

That one *seems* to have gone away.  But, I caused me to look at the lists of dependencies for my current crop of plugins.  They seem wrong - probably because of some restructuring I have done.

A month or so ago, I recall getting messages about circular dependencies, and was offered the option to break the dependency.  Now, I don't get that option.

Question: how can I *edit* the information shown for a given plugin on the update site?  In particular, how can I edit the dependencies?
