Error while opening data

Hi everyone,

I got the error message when I loaded HDF5 file by the plugin (HDF5).
       ‘Error while opening ‘…’, dataset ‘…’.
       Java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Length is too large (4166221824)
How can I solve this problem?
