for several reasons I'm pretty sure that you won't get reliable data
that answers for your question. The problem starts with the various
flavors of ImageJ and doesn't end with the unknown number of usages by
technical personnel...

What you could try to do, however is a research concerning specialized
plugins for ImageJ but be aware of the fact that the number of plugins
for ImageJ is several thousands and they are not accessible from a
single or a few places...

I fear you will be lost.
