Now I use Matlab to load HDF5 files. (‘h5read’ function)

Hi Dazhe, although SVI software like Huygens generates the HDF5 format by default, as far as I know no third party software can read it. Surprisingly even Bio-Formats can't open it. Whenever I work with Huygens software I always export in .ics2 file format. Ideally I would like to export as a Tiff but Huygens always saves Tiffs with the channels split into different files.
