ImageJ has built-in support for opening DICOM files, but sometimes certain types of DICOM files can be difficult to open due to the way they are stored or the encoding of the data. Here are a few things you can try to open your mammograms in ImageJ:

Make sure you have the latest version of ImageJ installed. Newer versions of ImageJ may have improved support for certain types of DICOM files.
