Who will help implement a complex software project from scratch?

Hi guys! We have a serious task at our startup - we need custom software for specific business process. We need both a backend and a frontend, plus analytics and, possibly, AI. The problem is that we don't have enough resources for everything, and freelancers have already let us down a couple of times. I would like to find a company that can work "turnkey", with normal support and transparent communication. Maybe someone has already had experience working with such partners and can recommend them?
