tissue cell geometry stats plug-in

Houssin, Nathalie Samantha Laetitia
Hello,

I am looking for a plug-in able to do some morphometric analysis.
I would like to measure the dimensions of my cells (width and length) in a tissue. I have started manually (see image enclosed) but it is very repetitive and thought I could use some Image J plug-in to help me.

Let me know if such a tool exits,

Thank you for your help and time,

You should be able to do this with the standard ImageJ measurement tools
after some initial image processing:

Thank you for the link Andrew,

It seems that there are indeed few helpful tools to address my question. I will see how to segment my images for using the fit ellipse plugin

Best,

Nathalie
