I am trying to track a moving boundary from a series of images. I can do a Process > Find Edges and find the edge on a given image. I then draw a segmented line and if I then do a Analyze > plot profile I see a plot of intensity. I can get a maximum intensity but what I really need is the location of the maximum intensity. Could someone point out what I need to do? I must be missing something obvious but I don't see it.
