trakEM import tiles of stacks instead of single planes with txt file

Hello all,

I would like to import a stacks into trackEM and place them at the right position.
therefore i generate the textfile of the xyz position of the origin of the same stack.
The xy position gets placed at the right place but the stack does not get not distributed onto the different layers.

Is there something to be done or do i have to reconvert all the stacks into single files ?
