turning off text antialiasing under Mac OS X?

Bill Christens-Barry
Is there a way to turn off text antialiasing in ImageJ, particularly under Mac OS X? I see that there is
an option to turn off antialiasing in text that appears in the tools palette (except under Mac OS X),
but I wonder about text created in an image.

Thanks.

In ImageJ 1.38r, due next week, the "Fonts" window (opened by double
clicking on the text tool) has a "Smooth" checkbox that
enables/disables antialiasing.
