Hi,
I am doing two-color fluorescence imaging on a large field of view. I notice there is some obvious mis-alignment at peripheral regions due to chromatic/spheric aberrations.
Are there some imageJ plugins that can help to align to subpixel precision the images from the two color channels based on a fluorescent beads calibration? Ideally it could work on a time-series images.
