Hello,
I had two questions concerning imageJ use, any advice would be appreciated!
(1)
I was wondering if there was a way to export pixel value and their
coordinates once it is analyzed by imageJ? For example, using the 3D
surface plot one obtains the XY coordinates of each pixel, with Z being
the gray scale value - I needed to export the matrix to other platforms
for future analysis.
(2)
Alternatively, is there a method that can calculate the "speckledness"
(or variance, structure of pixel distribution) of an non-square ROI? I
work with non-square images, so utilizing eigenvalues to describe the
structure is not feasible.
Anyway, if you have any input it would be much appreciated.
Sincerely,
Pablo Munguia
