two same-size images open - zoom in both simultaneously - any plugin?

rrmarino
Hello,

I am looking for a plugin that zooms in both same-size open images simultaneously. E.g: a thresholded image and the original one both open at the same time, I wanna compare them side by side by zooming and checking for details.

Any suggestions?

best regards

Hello,
you can do this with the Sync Windows plugin.
See

Yes.  Try the "Sync Windows" plugin.  When you install it, it appears as a
subset of the "tools" submenu under Process.

Note that it is in Analyze>Tools in Fiji (which bundles Sync Windows
because it is so useful).

to open images from a ".xls" file containing tag numbers

parfait evouna
hi everybody,
I would like to know if there is a way i can open some images from a ".xls" file with imageJ?

I have to compare weither the objects inside those images have changed length from one year to another. But the images of the objects have not been taken in the same order: i mean, the first year i took a picture of the first object from a set of objects and another picture for the second object...
The next year, the first picture i have took was not this of the first object the year before but i have a way to know which is the object in the picture i am dealing with...

I obtained some thing with the "open stack from list" but it is not what i need. i am trying now to find a way to put these "tags" in a results table-like because i do not know how to get access of the data inside other files (e.g Log...) as it is possible to do it with the "Results" table.

I plan after to get those "tags" from this "Results" table-like and attached them to the image file names within an image folder; this last step i can manage it myself but if and only if the "Results" table-like can be used as the current "Results" table.

best regards
Parfait
