Dear all,
I'm not sure if it is here where I should ask this question (it's the first time). I've written a macro to analyze our images (ratiometric) and we want to fit the distribution of the pixel values in a 2-Gauss curve. The equation that defines this kind of curve has 6 parameters to determine. ImageJ only can resolve equations with up to 5 parameters... Maybe it is a silly question (I have no idea neither of Java nor statistics) but, is it possible to easily increase the numbers of parameters that ImageJ can resolve?? It will allow us to analyze tones of images really fast, without going through MS Excel or GraphPad Prism one by one.
Thank you very much,
Carles.
