urgent_global intensity changes when play the movies

Hi..It is really urgent...

I have a couple of movies which will be submitted along with the manuscript..I just found that when I played the movies(colored images), the global intensity of the images are changing from frame to frame (It is like the automapping), and which makes the movies looking bad and is really misleading too (i want to visualize single vesicle fusion). I just checked the raw imaged, and they are not flickering..To compress the videos, I only changed the contrast and the brightness of the images and adding some colored markers. I was wondering how that could change the global intensity.

Is there anyone know how to correct the global intensity??

The changing global intensity likely comes from per-frame normalization or compression after adjusting contrast and brightness. Some video editors apply auto-leveling or gamma correction that alters overall luminance across frames even if raw images are stable 588 Win. This creates flickering-like effects in processed output, especially in scientific visualization.
