urgent_global intensity changes when play the movies

Hi..It is really urgent...

I have a couple of movies which will be submitted along with the manuscript..I just found that when I played the movies, the global intensity of the images are changing from frame to frame (It is like the automapping), and which makes the movies looking bad and is really misleading too.

Is there anyone know how to correct the global intensity??

Your help will be great appreciated..
