urgently needed: addition of new measurement parameters for analyze particles

Dear all,

as a novice, I would urgently need some help with ImageJ.

I would like to analyze particles with redirection to a gray value image
(the particles are segmented nuclei in images taken from cultured cells;
redirection is to the original gray value image). One of the measured
parameters I would like to get for every measured particle is the sum and/or
mean of the 10 or 20 (best if this could be choosen) brightest pixels in
each particle. Is there an easy way to do that??
