Hi,
I would like to ask about some Macro for ImageJ.
My problem:
During the experiments I obtain the series of photos which next must be
analysed manually for the object sizes.
On each image I have to measure 4 various distances, i.e distance from the
dbottom of the picture, distance between 2 following particle position,
particle horizontal diameter and vertical diameter
Let/s sy - I hve ca. 60 pictures, and on each I have to measure at liest once
4 various parameters (all as a perimeter measurement)
is It possible to create in ImageJ the label for 4 various length (perimenter)
results. And is it possible to add (probably as a Macro) the shortuc which will
chose the place of data recording.
I.e. - I open the image , press F11 (open label with 4 column: distance / local
velocity / horizontal diameter / vertical diameter) and next each press F12
varied the place in label for recording ... F12 perimeter value for distance -
F12 perimenter value for velocity etc. etc.
