vesicle trafficking analysis on ImageJ

Hi all,

I'm a PhD Student working in France and I exclusively use imageJ for all
my analysis.
Unfortunately, I want to use ImageJ to analyse somes movies and to
measure the trafficking of melanosomes. Is there a plugin in order to do
that?
