Dear All,
I am helping develop a super-fast video player which can be used to annotate and clip movies so they can be later analysed in ImageJ. What is the best format for our video player to export into, for import into ImageJ. We want speed and also all the meta-data to be preserved. Would TIFF be the best format? Would one very large TIFF be better than a folder of TIFF, imported one-by-one. Let me know your thoughts.
