Hi All,
I have tiff images which are 512 X 10,000 pixels. The problem is when I open them, i can see a very narrow image, which fits into the screen, but it is almost impossible to see something there. It looks like it was scaled down to fit the screen. Is there a way to open this kind of image without scaling it (so it would actually be 512 pixels wide), and to have scrollbars to be able to view all the image, and it would not be a shrinked image. thanks Yoav ____________________________________________________________________________________ Yahoo! oneSearch: Finally, mobile search that gives answers, not web links. http://mobile.yahoo.com/mobileweb/onesearch?refer=1ONXIC |
Try pressing Ctrl+ (Zoom in) and the scrolling tool (Hand in the toolbar).

Yoav,
check the 'Open Images at 100%' checkbox in Edit/Options/Appearance... Jerome On 6/19/07, Yoav Rubin <[hidden email]> wrote: > > Hi All, > > I have tiff images which are 512 X 10,000 pixels. You should try in the menu : Edit > Options > Appearance... and check
the "Open Images at 100%" box. Christophe Yoav Rubin a écrit : > Hi All, > > I have tiff images which are 512 X 10,000 pixels. Hi, thanks for the tip, now the image is not scaled, but it seems that doing this caused a new problem - I can see the image, but only the portion that can fit in the window, there are no scrollbars to allow me to view the whole image. Any idea how to tackle this?
