where to get ImageJ bundled with Java >= 1.7 for 32-bit Windows?

Does anyone know where I can download ImageJ bundled with Java >= 1.7 for 32-bit Windows?

The ImageJ plugin that I need to use requires Java 1.7 or greater, but the only ImageJ + Java bundle that I can find for 32-bit Windows comes with Java 1.6 (https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download.html).
