Greetings,
I would like to do a series of operations within a
rectangular selection (the operations are threshold, skeletonize,
measure area of the skeleton). I expect to open an image, draw a
rectangle, and then do those operations on the part of the image
within the rectangle. I have a firm memory of doing this back in the
old NIH image days (Mac os 9) without anything special, but I can't
seem to get it to work now with ImageJ (version 1.37g) on OS X. Can
some wise person explain to me how to do this (or point me to the
name of a plugin that incorporates this)? I have looked around on the
ImageJ web page for help to no avail. Many many thanks. (Note, please
reply to me at
[hidden email] because I am not subscribed.)
