A quick question.
I had to perform "images to stack" to put together multiple images. The software things that they are a z-stack. They're actually different channels. How do I change a z-stack to multi-channel stack? I can't do some of the processing (like having different LUT for each slice) because it thinks it's a z-stack. I'm assuming there's a button that I'm missing. Hi Sho,
Try the 'Make Composite' command (Image -> Color -> Make Composite). Alternatively, rather than using 'Images to Stack' to combine your images, use 'Merge Channels' (Image -> Color -> Merge Channels). Hope this solves your problem, Volko -----Original Message----- From: ImageJ Interest Group [mailto:[hidden email]] On Behalf Of Sho Fujisawa Sent: 11 August 2016 17:11 To: [hidden email] Subject: zstack to channels A quick question.
