1D/2D barcode Encoder/Decoder

Hi everyone!

We developed a new ImageJ plugin to decode and encode 1D/2D barcode based on the ZXing library.

To Wayne Rasband : We would like this plugin to be referenced on the website of ImageJ. So, can you add a link to our page on the 'Plugins' page of 'imageJ.nih.gov' with the title "Barcode_Codec (1D/2D barcode Encoder/Decoder" ?

This plugin is still in development but sources will be release on github as for all my contributions on ImageJ ( https://github.com/PCCV )
