Dear all,
I am analysing 3D axonal structures. All along the axon, they have several blob like structures. (these blob like structure are relatively very intense then the axons).
I have used simple neurite tracer to trace the axons. Now I want to find
1. the number of blobs along a given axon. (basically the blobs that are co-localizing to the axon/3D line)
2. distance between these blobs along a given axon/3D line.
I wonder how to do this. Using 3D object finder I can find these blobs.
and then I want to combine the tracing with this data to answer the above questions.
