Hei!
I have a question about scaling a stack of images (.jpg) from computed tomography in ImageJ. To obtain the pore size and distribution from my pictures I am using 3D object counter. Data from the tomography states the number of voxels as 2048, in x, y, and z-direction. The physical size is 34.1825 mm in x, y, and z direction.
When importing images I have done the following, to not overload my computer completely:
Import -> Image sequence:
Number of images: 50
Starting image: 800
Increment: 2
Scale images: 50%
This gives 1024x1024x50 (200.0 MB)
When scaling the image I first set the scale in Analyze -> Set scale and get a scale of 0.03 pixels/um and I check global.
Then I go to Images -> Properties and the following is stated:

What I am wondering is if this now is the correct properties? Since I have 50 images and in my stack and the increment is set to 2 is this the right voxel depth?
Hope somebody is able to help me. My project is due very soon.
Thank you!
