Bio-Fformats bug with Zeiss zvi files?

Martin Höhne
Dear all,

when opening a Zeiss zvi file with Fiji the file opens with the correct number of channels (two in my case), but channel 2 is just a copy of channel 1. The same behaviour occurs when using File>Import>Bio-Formats.

Fiji  is up to date (ImageJ 1.47v; Java 1.6.0_24[64-bit]; Bio-Formats 4.4.9, Win7, 64-bit)

Is this a bug or just a problem with my configuration?

Best,
Martin

That is a bug in Bio-Formats, and was recently fixed.  The next stable
version of Bio-Formats should solve the problem.
