Hi, I have a stack of images that I have already binarized. When I use the 3D viewer in fiji to view the image, I get a grayscale image with some empty space instead of a black and white image. I think that 3D viewer is doing somekind of interpolation which I dont want. Anyone know how to view a binary stacked image in imagej/fiji. Thanks
