4200x4200x16 bit image at 100% zoom

Has anyone loaded large images at 100% zoom in ImageJ.
One example I am having trouble with is 4200x4200x16 bit.
The image appears black until I adjust brightness/contrast.
Other zoom levels appear to be OK.  Some computers are
OK as well.  Please try this on your machine and let me
know what you see.

I have no problems opening very large 8366x7920 RGB files (~330 Mb)on my
PC (although they take ages to open).
