We are happy to announce you the first release of AGScan.
AGScan is a micro-array image processing software developped by the
SIGENAE team.
http://www.sigenae.org/It is an evolution of BZScan.. BZScan was developed by the TAGC
(
http://tagc.univ-mrs.fr/ ) from 2002 to 2004. BZScan is a radioactive
DNA micro-array image processing software based on the JAI library
AGScan main features are:
- able to use single or multiple ( up to 3) channel images as input
- image manipulation and processing based on ImageJ
- automatic grid alignment (global and local)
- batch processing mode
- plugin support, to add new file formats, alignment or quantification
methods...
- national language support
This software is freely available using the following address:
