About ImmunoRatio

Paul Lin
Dear All,
I am new to the ImageJ software.
I am doing a research with immunohistochemistry and is going to analyses my result with labeling index
(positive nucleus/ all nuclus)
I learned that the plugin for ImmunoRatio may provide a solution for me.
However, when I tried to download the plugin in the plugin section,
it reads"You don't have permission to access /sites/default/files/software/immunoratio-plugin/index.html on this server."
Is there something wrong with my settings or what should I do to download this plugin?
If it is not possible, which tool or plugin will help in such work?
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely yours,
Paul Lin

Dear Paul,

due to a recent DDoS attack, we had to block some Asian IP ranges from our server. Unfortunately this included your Taiwanese IP as well. I've now loosen the restriction a bit, so please try again to access the plugin website. If it does not work, please contact me directly via email.

All the best,
Vilppu

About perinuclear staining

Paul Lin
In reply to this post by Paul Lin

Dear All,
I have recently almost finished my immunohistochemical study on proteins related to apoptosis.
One of the IHC staining pattern is the perinuclear staining pattern. The other is the cytoplasmic, but not the nucelar pattern.
My goal is to count the DAB staining cells and count the labeling index, ie, the DAB stained cells/ whole cells.
I have limited experience in using ImageJ.
Is there any tool or plugin that I can use for this task?
Sincerely yours,
Paul Lin
