Add Exif Data (CreationDate) to Measurement Excel File

Hi all,
I would like to add the Creation Date and Time (from Exif) to the measurments result table. Does anyone know, how to achieve this?

I.e.: I make some measurments at a Jpg or Tif-Picture. I want to save the results together with the Exif-CreationDate to a Excel-file.
