Hi all,
I'm trying to add 'nifti_io.jar' to the ImageJ, and I'm now using a Mac. I tried to put the plug-in file under the 'ImageJ' folder or under the 'Plugin' subfolder, but neither worked. I also tried to run the command 'Plugin -> Compile and Run', but this command doesn't recognize any file named as '.jar'. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? My images are all .nifti files, and I'd really like to view them on my computer. Many thanks! Cheers, Rui |
Dear Rui,
The nifti file format is also on the list of supported formats by the LOCI Bio-Formats plugin. So try this plugin to open your files. Thanks Kees,
I tried this plugin, but still, nothing changed in the Menu. I put the plugins('LOCI' and 'nifti_io') under the main folder or the subfolder, but unlike other people, I don't see the command "File>Import>NIfTI-Analyze". Hi Rui,

To open your files, choose File > Import > Bio-Formats and then select your file. If it doesn't work, please let us know.
