Add to overlay

Jones, Thomas M
After "Add to overlay" has been checked and a measured ROI has been added to the image overlay, is there a way of removing it other than reverting to a previously saved version of the image?

Thanks,

Tom

In ImageJ 1.46m or later, you can remove an ROI from an overlay by activating it (using alt-click or long click) and then pressing the backspace key (delete key on Macs).

When I activate a selection from overlay by alt-clicking, and then
alt-click another selection, the first one disappears from the overlay.
I can re-activate the first one by alt-clicking within its area again,
but when I deselect by clicking anywhere else, the ROI remains gone from
the image overlay, without ever pressing delete.
I guess that's not the intended behavior..

Hi, thanks for the response. I can't seem to activate the ROI though, in order to delete it. It is a single yellow line across my image I used to set the scale, but I had "Add to overlay" checked on the "Set measurements" tab, and now I can't seem to get rid of it.
