Adjust Brightness

AnnaKlaus
Hello all!

I try to adjust the brightness in my avi- file by the selection tool. Is there the possibility to choose the outside area of the selected one. The reason is that the videos come from a microscope and so the inner circle area is brighter than the outside......

Thank you very much for your help!

Hi Anna,

in the documentation:

   http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/docs/menus/edit.html#selection

you will fine the 'Make Inverse' command; is that what you are
looking for?

Dear list,

I seem to run in circles on one of the basics (non Isodata);

try {ip.setAutoThreshold(mString);}

'setAutoThreshold' deprecated; how do I program the alternative; without using the macro call?
