Hi everyone,
I have a Nifti image (hdr/img), I drew an ROI on it using polygen tool then I created a mask for this ROI by using
Edit->Selection->Create Mask.
Then I save the mask as an Analyze format file using ImageJ.
Everything looks good when I open the original nifti file and the Analyze ROI file.
But I found when I read them into Matlab (using the same method), the Analyze ROI looks left-right flipped relative to the Nifti file.
My question is, how to control the orientation of an Analyze file in ImageJ?
It does not seem that ImageJ can save a file into nifti format directly, right?
